Hi, I’m Tess from Iligan City, Philippines. I’ve been with VA Fastlane for a little over a year in total. What I appreciate most about VA Fastlane is that they never get tired of helping you whenever you have concerns or challenges with your work. They always encourage you to reach your full potential, even when you’re starting with little or no experience. That’s something I personally experienced. I started as a new product researcher, and now I’ve had the opportunity to grow into an Admin VA role as well. The biggest thing I appreciate is how they make you feel that you’re never alone. Since August 2023, VA Fastlane has been an incredible community to be part of. The support from the coaches, fellow VAs, and even the clients has made such a huge difference. The clients are also well-trained on how to work with and properly handle their VAs, which creates a much better working relationship.

They give a lot of trainings for the improvement of the VA and refers you right away to a client once you were paused from your previous client. I thank VA Fast Lane for giving me the opportunity to work with a kind and understanding client.

Since joining this company, I’ve learned so much from the team. They provide training for their VAs, and through these trainings, I’ve learned how to use different tools that are commonly used by clients nowadays. They also conduct workshops on what to do before and during interviews. I’ve had many interviews before, but I struggled to land a job. After attending one of their interview workshops, I was able to do well in my interview and finally got a client. I’m truly grateful to all the coaches who have helped and supported me throughout the process. They are always there whenever I have questions and are always ready to reply to my messages. In terms of pairing with a client, perfect score ako dito for VA Fastlane. Of course, that would depend if they see the readiness and capacity of a VA. I had 3 Clients with VA Fastlane in the past, plus the most recent one. All good Clients. In terms of support, the operations team is responsive; one just needs to approach them with respect and show that you have also done your part.

I was so lucky kasi pagka passed ko sa interview, I had a very short training but cinall and text pa ako ni Sr Kert para sa interview the day after, and thank God ako ang napili. Sobrang short lang ng waiting time ko and nagka client na din agad. One more thing, very flexible and walang tracker! I have my own time. Also, super understanding, patient, and kind ng client ko. Super happy ako. Thank you VA Fastlane!

Malaki ang naitutulong ng agency sa mga VA kagaya ko, kasi maraming opportunities. Tinuturuan nila ang mga VA, not just teaching on-the-job work, but also how to build a bond or good relationship with clients and VAs. Marami akong natutunan dito. Maraming salamat, VA Fastlane. Mabuhay kayo!

I really appreciate un culture sa VA Fastlane. Minsan ka lang makakita ng company na sobrang bait ng mga tao around especially ang mga coaches and Carter. Yun space na hindi mo kelangan mkipag compete but more on to support each other. Yun e lift up ka ng mga tao around you to do better. Yun support is all out. Minsan hindi lang sahod ang mkakapag pa stay sayo sa company kung hindi un mga tao mismo. Grabe yun support sa mga VA mula trainings hanggang magka client.

I learned a lot from VA Fastlane in terms of sourcing, looking for legit suppliers, and dealing with clients. Having zoom meetings from time to time helps us understand more about Amazon. They help VA's improve their skills and grow. Approachable coaches who are always ready to help and guide us are also one of the things I like.
